Sandra and Darryl Kilpatrick completed the Massage Practitioner course at California Holistic Institute and received certification from the California Massage Therapy Council in 2013. They were drawn to help people in the therapeutic realm and opened their practice with Griffin Chiropractic. They continued their education and went on to graduate from the 500 hour Massage Therapist course in 2014. They honed their relaxation massage skills by working at Massage Envy. They now offer therapeutic massage for pain release of muscular injury as well as relaxation massage for regular wellness maintenance.

On a trip to Paso Robles fifteen years ago, Douglas Ayres was awed by the pastoral beauty of the land, the warmth of the region’s people and the promising wine region. While later traveling through some of the most celebrated wine and cultural areas of the world, the memory of Paso Robles inspired him to return with a vision of owning vineyards, making world-class wine and developing a destination driven wine country resort.
The realization of his dream began with the purchase of seventeen-acre of premium Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in Paso Robles’ famed Willow Creek District, followed by the purchase of a twenty-acre pasture land where he planted eight-acres of vines with Viognier, Vermentino, Malbec, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon prior to developing the resort. Douglas and award-winning winemaker Alan Kinne guide hand-picking of the vineyards hugging the picturesque Allegretto Vineyard Resort estate and Willow Creek Vineyard.

Located in Paso Robles, Distinctive Glassware was founded in 2011 to bring quality glassware decoration to the central coast of California. On The Beach Bed & Breakfast was built in 2004 as a 14 room Boutique Hotel and was originally named the Pierpointe Inn. The current owners Richard Rengel and Richard and Debbie Shannon purchased the property in September of 2007. We remodeled the kitchen to produce gourmet meals, redesigned the Lobby and installed all new landscape. We continuously strive to keep our rooms above standard, while maintaining our beach charm and mystique. We have also changed the name to On the Beach Bed & Breakfast at the time of purchase. The name came from our guests who were always commenting what a great location we had right next to the pier and On the Beach.
Our philosophy is provide an elegant, comfortable beach oriented vacation for our guests. We have promoted a daily, freshly cooked, incredible breakfast tradition, as well as an evening social hour. Debbie Shannon was raised in San Luis Obispo and also graduated from Cal Poly, SLO. She has been a recreation supervisor for both the cities of San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles and currently handles are wine program and oversees the staff. Richard and Debbie reside in Atascadero. Richard Shannon moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1976 and has been active in Real Estate Brokerage and Development in San Luis Obispo County since 1977. He is Co-Owner / Broker of Peabody & PLUM REALTORS in Atascadero. He is involved in all phases of real estate including single family home sales, commercial sales and leasing, vineyard sales and vacant land sales. Richard also is the General Manager for On The Beach Bed & Breakfast and he oversees the daily operations of the hotel. He is also an avid surfer and can be seen in the local waters and at the Cayucos Pier when the surf is good. Our staff is comprised of local residents, who have an extensive knowledge of the area and can provide great suggestion for every type of activity. On top of that, free wi-fi so we could plan our trips to wineries and Hearst Castle. I was so happy with our stay and I am recommending it to everyone I know. John Ortiz has been a DJ since 1978. He began by working events throughout the greater LA and Orange county areas, handling events for celebrities and movie industry events. He also worked as a DJ for weddings and other events. After his time in the big city, he later moved to the Central Coast of California to be closer to family. He then partnered with Michelle, his wife, who became very active in the business ventures. Together, they branched out working to provide an assortment of different services in the DJ business.

Every since John Ortiz went to the school dances, in Junior High, he knew what he wanted to do for a career. He wanted to be a DJ with two turntables and a microphone. In Jr. High, he worked to get himself what he needed to begin his days as a DJ. Ever since, he has been spinnin’ the most up to date, sickest and illest tracks while packin’ the dance floor with party people night after night. At his DJ engagements, he makes it hard for guests to just sit there on their hands and not get up and dance.
